- do not collect assertion metrics
- add server timestamp on html report
- Removed individual assertion result recording from the `RunTestStep` method to streamline metrics collection. - Updated HTML template to display generation time in UTC format, enhancing report clarity. - Modified metrics HTML generation to include the current UTC time as part of the report data structure.
…base and eliminate unused test cases.
